Global Fee Includes: Pre-consultation visit and post-operative follow-up visit.

Pricing Options:

  • With Pathology Included: Pathology specimens collected during the procedure are included in the procedure fee.
  • Pathology Billed Separately: If pathology specimens are collected, they will be billed separately by the pathology lab.
